Refund Policy


At Rising Apparel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund terms below:

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
    If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll gladly issue a refund.             
  • Change of Mind & Sizing
    Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind. Please double-check sizing charts before placing your order.                                          
  • Refund Process
    Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Non-Refundable Costs
    Shipping costs and transaction fees are non-refundable.
