At Rising Apparel, we work hard to make sure every order is handled with care and delivered as smoothly as possible. Thank you for supporting a faith-driven brand with a real mission behind every piece.
Order Processing
All orders are prepared and packaged within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday).
During new drops, restocks, or holiday seasons, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days due to high demand.
You’ll receive a tracking email the moment your order ships.
Shipping Rates
We keep shipping simple, fair, and affordable — and we bless our customers when they bless the brand.
- FREE U.S. Shipping on all orders $125+ (before taxes)
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $7 flat rate
- Multiple items? Still only $7 total.
- Specialty items (jerseys, varsity jackets, etc.) may vary in shipping cost.
Whether you’re grabbing one piece or building a full fit, you won’t get charged per item. Your entire order ships for one low rate — or completely FREE once you hit $125+.
Shipping Times
After your order is shipped, you can expect:
- Items purchased from our LA facility: 3–7 business days
- Items purchased from our international facility: 7-14 business days (varies by country and customs)
Carrier delays and holidays may affect delivery times.
Order Tracking
Tracking info will be sent straight to your email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking link.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you made a mistake, reach out immediately via email.
If your package has already been shipped, Rising Apparel is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, responsibility transfers to them.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier using your tracking number.
If your product arrives damaged, reach out to us within 48 hours with:
1. Your order number
2. Photos of the product
3. Photos of the packaging
We’ll take care of you as quickly as possible.
